CFR Cluj vs Slavia Prague Predictions

CFR Cluj, who successfully retained their Romanian domestic crown last season, have enjoyed a fantastic start to the new campaign. They have won 4 and drawn 2 of their 6 league games so far to put them 3 points clear at the top of the table, but their main success has come in Europe.

The Romanians managed a stunning 4-3 win at Celtic Park in the last round to win the tie 5-4 on aggregate, with their 2 goals in the final 10 minutes sending the travelling fans into raptures in Glasgow.

CFR Cluj are regulars in the Champions League qualifiers, but they haven’t made the group stages of the competition since 20012 and they now find themselves with a great chance of returning to that lucrative stage.
