Dinamo need a quick start

Dinamo Zagreb reached the quarter-finals of the Europa League last season, but they face a big challenge to even progress to the next stage this year after losing 3-1 to Sevilla in Spain last week.

The Croatian outfit have now played five games since their winter break ended, with both teams scoring in three of the last four and each of those three games containing at least three goals.

In Europe, they have not kept a clean sheet at home this season, with both teams scoring in two of their three outings at Stadion Maksimir .

Europa League experts heading for the next round?

Sevilla have won the Europa League six times, most recently in 2019/20, and they have a two goal cushion to play with after the first leg of this tie last week.

That was their seventh outing in European competition this season, and the fourth time both teams have scored, while three of their last four away matches domestically have seen both teams score.

Julen Lopetegui will no doubt try to keep the game tight to ensure progression, but that will not be easy to do against a Dinamo side who score plenty of goals at home.
