With both defences looking vulnerable and both attacks looking capable, backing both teams to score is a strong play in this Thursday night fixture.

Tottenham have conceded at least twice in five straight games and exactly twice in four of those. Meanwhile, Palace have conceded more than once in four of their last seven league games so there is the potential here for a high-scoring draw.

Richarlison scored for Spurs in the 2-1 defeat to Fulham and should return to the starting side for the first time since recovering from injury on Thursday. He saw a goal chalked off in the reverse fixture earlier this season, and he looks a contender for an anytime effort for the hosts.

Endrick impressed without scoring in Lyon’s defeat to Marseille at the weekend, recording two shots on target and assisting both of his side’s goals. He has two goals in as many games in this competition and looks a solid pick for an anytime effort on Thursday.

Both teams have scored in seven consecutive Napoli games and they have gone nine without a clean sheet. Torino may end up leaving empty handed but they should be able to get on the scoresheet. Il Toro, who won the reverse fixture 1-0, made a winning start under new boss Roberto D&#8217;Aversa last time out and have scored in five of their last six games.

Torino should score but the host can claim maximum points. Napoli are the only side with an unbeaten home record still intact in Serie A this season and Il Toro haven’t won at this venue since 2009. Napoli have scored exactly twice in eight of their last 12 home games and no more than twice in any of them, so a 2-1 home victory has a chance.

Rasmus Hojlund hit Napoli’s opener at Verona last time out and he can add to his haul against Torino on Friday. The Danish striker has nine goals in 23 Serie A games this season and has four goals in his last seven games across all competitions.

Preston have scored just once across their last three games and under 2.5 goals has landed in five of their last six, while Oxford United are the second-lowest scorers in the Championship and have scored just once in their last three on the road.

In the league Hibs are in 3rd place currently just a point behind Rangers and 9 points clear of Falkirk just outside the top four. Falkirk have lost their last two games in the league, against Livingston and crucially against Queen of the South last time out. An excellent run of just one defeat in 17 games either side of Christmas had propelled them up the league table and through to the Scottish Cup Semi-Finals.

Slender one goal wins over Cowdenbeath, Brechin City and Queen of the South took them to this stage and they have certainly taken full advantage of a few favourable draws while plenty of bigger names have exited the competition. The same could be said of Hibs who have had an even kinder draw with Alloa, Arbroath and Berwick Rangers providing their opposition so far.
Hibs had gone 15 games unbeaten in all competitions before a 2-0 defeat against Rangers sparked a 3 game losing streak. They look to have recovered from that though with wins in their last two games including a derby win over Championship winners Hearts last weekend at Easter Road.
The most recent meeting between these sides came when both were in good form and saw Falkirk come back from 3-1 down to draw 3-3 in an entertaining game in Edinburgh. It was also Falkirk who won the other two meetings between the sides this term, both by a 1-0 scoreline and the pair will meet again on the final day of the season.
The priority for Hibs is certainly securing promotion to the top flight and while they would love to reach the final, a game against what is likely to be a Celtic side that appear to be comfortably the best in the country may not aid them in their overall goal.
For Falkirk this game is huge and given their impressive results against Hibs this term, they are good value to at least take this one to extra time at 21/20.
