Livingston v Ross County predictions for Saturday’s league game at the Tony Macaroni Arena. Can the visitors continue their winning form? Read on for all our Scottish Premiership predictions and betting tips.

Predictions & Tips

Draw @ 14/5

Draw 0-0 @ 10/1

Reason For Livingston vs Ross County Predictions

  • Livingston has failed to score in six of their nine home games this season.
  • Ross County has drawn three of their last five away ties and has scored an average of 0.88 goals this season on the road.
  • The hosts have conceded just 0.64 goals at the Tony Macaroni Arena this season.

Livingston struggle for goals at home

Livingston extended their unbeaten run to four games last week as the West Lothian outfit drew 3-3 with St Mirren. However, the club has only won one of those last four games and are in search for another victory.

Livi previous home game saw them beat Kilmarnock 3-0 and it was the first time Gary Holt’s side had scored a goal in their previous trio of games. Moreover, Livingston has only scored in two of their last seven home ties. However, they’ve also done well at the back, keeping a clean sheet in four of their last five home ties, letting in a measly average of 0.4 goals.

Winless County search for victory

Ross County comes into this game on the back of a couple of impressive wins at Victoria Park, where they defeated both Hibs and Kilmarnock. The club lost to Celtic the week before that and they’re now on the road again for the first time in a month.

The Staggies have seen plenty of goals on their trips, with six of their eight games so far, seeing at least three goals scored. Moreover, the Dingwall club has scored five times in their last three outings, although they’ve conceded six in the same amount of games.

Stalemate at the Spaghettihad

Both sides come into this game with the sole intention of winning all three points and pulling further away from the relegation zone. However, it won’t be an easy task for either team and we believe that the best outcome is a draw here, as the hosts have drawn twice in their last four home games, failing to score in three of them; whilst the visitors have drawn three times in their last five away days.

We’re also going to back a final score of 0-0, as Livi net, an average of 0.88 goals whilst Ross County has also registered the same amount of goals on the road, but the hosts have only conceded 0.63 times and have also failed to score in six of their nine games at home.
