Malmo FF vs Lugano Predictions

Swiss side Lugano will make the journey to Sweden to take on FF Malmo in this Thursday’s Europa League Group B fixture. Both of these teams collected just 1 point from their opening 2 games of this season’s Europa League competition and will be hoping to kick-start their respective campaigns in this Thursday’s fixture. 

Lugano will come into this Thursday’s game with Malmo in the midst of a poor run of form as they have not had a great start to the 2019/20 season. Meanwhile, Malmo’s goal scoring record has been quite impressive of late. Malmo have scored at least 1 goal in 8 of their last 10 games in all competitions. Their European goal scoring record is just as impressive, having scored in each of their last 10 Europa League home games. 

Impressively, Malmo have scored at least 2 goals in 9 of their last 13 Europa League home fixtures. We feel that they are likely to do this again in Thursday’s game with a 2-0 win for Malmo a likely result of this game.
