      Poland To Win To Nil

      Reason for tip

Poland have already secured their spot in the playoffs and they will want to end their group campaign on a high. They have only conceded five goals in seven qualifiers and they face a Malta side that has only found the back of the net on two occasions.

      Poland 2-0

      Reason for tip

Poland recorded a 2-0 win over Malta in May and they should be able to repeat that on Monday. Malta have only scored in two of their last six games at home, but Poland may not run away with things, having already qualified for the playoffs.

      Malta vs Poland Predictions

      • Malta have only scored in two of their previous matches at home
      • Poland are unbeaten in five games in all competitions

Eagles to soar at Malta’s expense

Poland have already secured their spot in the playoffs for the 2026 FIFA World Cup and they should be able to end their group campaign on a high.

Jan Urban’s team have given the Netherlands a battle for top spot, but they are 13 goals behind Ronald Koeman’s team on goal difference with one game left. The two sides played out a 1-1 draw on Friday and they have been the two leading teams in Group G throughout qualifying.

Poland have only lost one of their qualifiers and have given their supporters something to be proud of this year and they have built their success around their resolute defence, having only conceded five goals in seven games.

Malta have only won one of their qualifiers, and although that came against Finland last time out, they only have two goals to their name in qualifying.

They have conceded 16 goals and two of those came against Poland in their previous meeting in March.

Polish duo Bartosz Slisz and Przemyslaw Wisniewski are both available after serving suspensions in the 1-1 draw with the Netherlands and they should provide plenty of energy to help the visitors record another shutout victory.
