  • Nottingham Forest are unbeaten in their last six Championship outings (W3, D3).
  • Middlesbrough have lost two of their last three league games.
  • The visitors have won just two of their last nine starts on the road (D3, L4).

Forest Fancied to Extend Unbeaten Run

Nottingham Forest finally appear to have turned the corner under boss Chris Hughton and the Tricky Trees are worthy of support in the Draw No Bet market for this week’s encounter against Middlesbrough.

Hughton made little headway in the Forest hotseat throughout his first couple of months in charge with just three wins earned and seven defeats suffered in 14 matches, but his side have since established a six match unbeaten sequence (W3, D3) to ease themselves six points clear of the relegation zone.

While Millwall represented fairly poor opposition here on Saturday after just one victory in 14, Forest secured three points in convincing fashion with a 3-1 win and they will take a lot of confidence into this Wednesday’s fixture against a Boro outfit who just can’t seem to get themselves going.

Neil Warnock’s men were solid earlier in the campaign but have been plagued by inconsistency in recent weeks, and they travel to the City Ground having lost two of their last three Championship games and four of their last six on the road.

Based on Forest’s unbeaten run and Middlesbrough’s indifferent results, we think the hosts are a tempting proposition in the Draw No Bet market this Wednesday, which offers the insurance of returned stakes should matters end all square.

We fancy Forest to just edge this one though via a 1-0 score-line and a reverse of the slender defeat which they were handed by Boro at the Riverside in October.
