Relegation battle in Parma this weekend

Parma welcome Bologna to Stadio Ennio Tardini in the Serie A this weekend with both side stuck in a relegation battle.

Parma have had an abysmal season and currently sit second bottom in Serie A. They’ve not found a win in 11 games, picking up just four draws in that time and scoring just four goals. They’ve spent big in the January transfer window to try and get themselves out of trouble but it could be too little too late for the hosts.

Bologna haven’t fared much better this season, sitting just four places and seven points ahead of their opponents this weekend. They have only picked up five points in their past six games and are struggling to pull themselves away from the relegation zone.

This game is a proper relegation battle with both teams really needing three points to give themselves more of a chance of beating the drop but with both sides struggling this could be a match that ends in disappoint for both sets of fans. We’re predicting this one ends in a drab draw.
