Struggling pair meet on Sunday

There is one Championship game on Sunday as relegation rivals QPR and Huddersfield meet at Loftus Road.

Huddersfield occupy the final safe spot in the Championship table but they are just three points clear of QPR immediately below them.

A win would be huge for both of these sides but both may well approach this game as a ‘must not lose’ fixture and a draw has a chance, but both teams to score stands out as our main bet given how poor both teams have been at the back.

Huddersfield have shipped 48 goals in their 28 games. QPR have been a bit better in that regard with 39 conceded, but they actually have a worse defensive record at home with 21 goals conceded in 14 games.

As this is a huge fixture for these two teams there is a chance they may cancel each other out and settle for a point apiece. As such, a 1-1 draw is the correct score prediction – which would be a third straight 1-1 stalemate for the visitors.

Huddersfield centre-back Michal Helik leads their scoring charts with eight goals in 28 appearances, seven of which came away from home. He has bagged three in his last four league outings and each of these came from set-piece situations, which puts him in good stead against a QPR side that have conceded the joint-most set piece goals on home soil this season.
