Queen of the South vs Raith Rovers Betting Tips

Storm Desmond caused the postponement of a fair few Scottish league games last weekend, and both of these teams are in action for the first time this month on Friday.

Queen of the South ended November with a 2-2 draw against Falkirk, a result which made it two wins, three defeats, and a draw in their last six outings in the Scottish Championship.

This disappointing run of three losses and two draws in the league came directly after they enjoyed a five match winning streak, and Raith Rovers will be hoping that their cup victory can kickstart their good form again.

Raith Rovers have won their last two matches against Queen of the South, although before that they had lost three on the bounce against them.

Queen of the South have won two, lost two, and drawn one of their last five home matches, whilst Raith Rovers have only lost one of their last four on the road, winning twice.

This should be a close match between two fairly evenly matches sides, but I think Raith Rovers’ win last time out will spur them on to get another result on Friday. Odds of 4/6 for a Raith Rovers Win or Draw Double Chance look good value to me, along with a 2-1 Raith Rovers Win at 10/1.
