This matchup between one of the least potent home teams in La Liga, Vallecano, and a struggling Sevilla side could be ruled by the fear of losing and produce little in the way of entertainment.

Francisco Rodriguez’s outfit have gone over 300 minutes without scoring in front of their own fans, losing their last two at their Madrid home.

Sevilla boss under pressure to sort it out

Sevilla are hardly setting the Spanish scene alight either with Quique Sanchez Flores under pressure after his side took only one point from the last 15 on offer. The ex-Watford boss is sure to demand more defensive focus after last month’s 5-1 mauling at Girona in Rojiblancos’ most recent away league game.
