Spain to Win and Over 3.5 Match Goals

      Reason for tip

Spain have won all five of their qualifiers in this group by an aggregate score of 19-0, including a 6-0 triumph in Turkey back in September. Another big win could be on the cards as La Roja look to secure their place at the World Cup.

      Spain 4-0

      Reason for tip

Spain have won their last two games against Georgia and Bulgaria 4-0 and given they put six past Turkey when the teams last met in September, they can run up another big score in Seville.

      Spain vs Turkey Predictions

      • Spain have won all five of their qualifiers by an aggregate score of 19-0.
      • Turkey’s only loss in World Cup qualifying was a 6-0 home defeat to Spain in September.
      • Excluding penalty shootouts, Spain are unbeaten in 25 matches

Unstoppable Spain set for another big win

European champions Spain only need a point against nearest Group E rivals Turkey to guarantee qualification for next summer’s World Cup, but given their vastly superior goal difference, the job already feels complete.

Spain have certainly dominated this group, winning all five of their matches by an aggregate score of 19-0, including a 6-0 success in Turkey in September.

Excluding penalty shootouts, Luis de la Fuente’s side are unbeaten in 25 matches, a run that stretches back to March 2024, while they have scored a minimum of two goals across each of their last 12 fixtures.

Turkey may take foot off the gas

Turkey already have a play-off place secured as they bid to qualify for a first World Cup since finishing third in 2002 and it is to their credit they have won their three qualifiers since losing 6-0 to Spain, scoring an impressive 12 goals in the process.

The Crescent-Stars have enjoyed a strong 2025 overall, winning seven of their nine games, but there was a gulf in class when they faced Spain in Konya and it is nearly 60 years since they last beat the world’s number one ranked side.

Spain come into this game following back-to-back 4-0 wins over Georgia and Bulgaria, a third successive triumph by that scoreline cannot be ruled out.
