      Both Teams To Score

      Reason for tip

Stockport’s defensive struggles and Cardiff’s strong attack make goals likely at both ends. Stockport have scored in 18 of their last 20 league games, while Cardiff have netted in their last four matches. Both teams are in form, supporting a bet on both teams to score at Edgeley Park.

      Draw 1-1

      Reason for tip

With both sides scoring consistently and recent results showing tight contests, a 1-1 draw is a realistic outcome. Stockport and Cardiff have produced close games in their recent matches, making a 1-1 draw a solid correct-score prediction.

      Stockport vs Cardiff Predictions

      Back goals at Edgeley Park

Stockport have struggled at the back this season and the best bet may well be that both teams score when they take on Cardiff at Edgeley Park in League One on Saturday.

League One leaders Cardiff have won five and drawn one of their six games this season, while Stockport are ninth in the table with three wins, two draws and two defeats.

Stockport have won 11 of their last 13 League One home games, including a 2-1 victory over Burton Albion last month. Cardiff were also victorious in their most recent away game, winning 1-0 against Luton.

Stockport lost 4-2 to Plymouth last weekend in their last League One outing, which maintained their run of matches with both teams scoring. This was a poor outcome for Stockport who had been priced at 21/20 to win the game.

Both sides are in form going forward. Stockport have scored in 18 of their last 20 league games, at least twice in eight of the last ten, while Cardiff have found the net in their last four matches, scoring three goals or more in two of those.

It could be hard to separate these two sides, with the 1-1 draw looking like a decent correct-score bet. If both teams score it would be the seventh League One game in succession for Stockport.
