Sturm Graz out of their depth

Sturm Graz has managed to record just a solitary win across their last ten competitive matches, losing six of those. In the Europa League, they have lost four of their five group stage games and it means that they are guaranteed to finish bottom of Group B. They have nothing to play for but pride and they’ll be looking to take any positives that they can come full time.

Monaco has gone through the group stages unbeaten after winning three and drawing two of their five games and it’s seen them advance to the Round of 16. They’ll want to rediscover some goalscoring form in the next round as currently, they possess the second-worst attack out of all the current group leaders. Although, defences win you titles and Monaco have the best defence so far, conceding fewer goals than any other team in the competition.

It’s a tough one to call, but Monaco really does have nothing to play for and won’t want to risk key players receiving injuries.
