Managerless Pompey looking for boost

Portsmouth parted company with managers Danny and Nicky Cowley this week after failing to win any of their last five matches. They sit in mid-table in League One with draws being their biggest issue, only two teams in the third tier have had more stalemates than their ten.

They did beat Tottenham en route to the FA Cup final in 2010 but a repeat looks unlikely.

Spurs’ performances causing concern

On paper, Tottenham’s position in fifth in the Premier League is nothing to be worried about but their recent performances have increased the pressure on Antonio Conte. His side did bounce back with a 4-0 win over Crystal Palace on Wednesday but they have conceded 19 goals in their last 11 games and may concede again here, albeit they should win comfortably.
