Hosts trying to get back on track

After an exceptionally good period since boxing day where the Baggies put together a run of six matches unbeaten, including five wins, the host now enter this clash off the back of two successive defeats after losing away to Burnley in the league and away to Bristol City in the FA Cup. It’s hardly ideal preparation but despite being linked with a move away, boss Carlos Corberán will be eager to put things right and get the winning feeling back. He’ll be confident back on home soil, especially considering his side have kept clean sheets in half of their matches at the Hawthorns this season.

The visitors have also kept a respectable five clean sheets away from home this term. They currently occupy a midtable place but given how competitive this campaign is, although they sit 13th in the table, they’re also just five points adrift of a place in the top six and they’ll be keen to come here and make a statement with a victory.
