Tough test for hosts Wigan Athletic

The hosts arrive here fresh off the back of 1-0 victory away at strugglers Birmingham City. That result is even more impressive when you consider the ‘Latics’ played for nearly 80 minutes with ten men. This match against Burnley will be their toughest game of the season so far but one loss in their last seven home league matches will give them confidence and they’ll hope they can pick up a result.

However, his Burnley side have not been able to showcase his attributes as they have failed to keep a clean sheet since their opening match of the season. They will feel confident of a result against newly-promoted Wigan Athletic and they should have the quality to get a win.
