Arsenal hold a 1-0 lead over Portugal’s Sporting ahead of the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie and with home advantage we’re backing the Gunners to secure a place in the last four.

Gabriel Martinelli To Score Or Assist
Gabriel Martinelli has made a real impact in Europe for Arsenal this season. He’s scored in six of the 10 games he has appeared in and has two assists. The winger had a shot on target after coming off the bench in Lisbon and he set up Kai Havertz for the winning goal, and that performance should see him start on Wednesday. The Brazilian has scored in four of his five Champions League appearances at the Emirates this season and looks a contender to either score himself or set up a team-mate against Sporting.
Luis Suarez 2+ Shots On Target
The visitors have a one-goal deficit to try and recover and Sporting have to take a few risks and create chances. Luis Suarez is averaging 2.8 shots per-game in the Champions League and has a shooting accuracy of 50%, while he averages exactly two shots on target per-game in Portugal’s top tier. At a big price, the Colombian looks a contender for at least two or more shots on goal.
Pote 1+ Shots On Target
Sporting will also look to Pedro ‘Pote’ Goncalves in attack as they bid to fight their way back into the tie and he can record at least one shot on target. Pote averages just under two shots per-game in Europe and like Suarez he shoots with an accuracy rate of around 50%.
Viktor Gyokeres To Be Fouled 2+ times
With a narrow lead to defend, Arsenal may resort to a bit of gamesmanship at times and that means drawing a few fouls. Former Sporting forward Viktor Gyokeres was fouled twice in the first leg and has been on the receiving end of multiple infringements in four of his nine Champions League appearances, including two of his last three. Gyokeres looks a value pick to be fouled at least twice at 5/4.
