The midweek round of Premier League fixtures concludes on Thursday with a London Derby between Spurs and Crystal Palace at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The hosts have been dragged into the relegation battle and new boss Igor Tudor is still seeking his first points after starting his tenure with back-to-back defeats. Palace, who will be on the hunt for a new boss themselves at the end of the campaign, have pulled clear of danger as they sit 10 points above West Ham in 18th.

As always, we’ve got the game covered in detail in our dedicated Match Predictions section and now I’ve focused on the bookings market to put together this 88/1 bet builder – selecting two usual suspects for Spurs and two outside candidates for the visitors.

Spurs vs Crystal Palace Bookings Bet Builder

Joao Palhinha To Be Shown A Card

Midfielder Joao Palhinha has been a bit of a card magnet for Tottenham this season with six yellow cards in 25 Premier League games, picking up 10 in total across all competitions. The 30-year-old has committed nine fouls across his last eight league appearances and looks a strong contender for a card, having been booked twice in his last six games across all competitions.

Yves Bissouma To Be Shown A Card

Yves Bissouma has two yellow cards in seven Premier League games since returning from a lengthy stint on the sidelines, he also picked up three bookings in four games for Mali at AFCON. Bissouma’s two bookings have come in Spurs’ last three home league games and he could end up in the referee’s notebook once again on Thursday.

Chris Richards To Be Shown A Card

Of the four players selected in this bet builder, Palace defender Chris Richards is the biggest outsider. The 25-year-old averages a modest 0.5 fouls per-game in the league but he has picked up three bookings in his last seven appearances so he looks a solid value play to be shown a card at 4/1.

Adam Wharton To Be Shown A Card

Crystal Palace midfielder Adam Wharton has two bookings in his last three games across all competitions and has six yellow cards and one red in 25 Premier League appearances. Wharton is averaging 1.1 fouls per-game in the league for the season but across his last 10 games that figure stands at 1.8. Like Richards, Wharton is a fairly big price for a card at 11/4 and he offers further value.
