33/1, 16/1 & 21/20 Outright tips for Wimbledon 2025

Before becoming a Sports Journalist for Free Super Tips, Aaron spent three years studying Sports Journalism at the University of Sunderland while taking in the Black Cats' 'glory years' under Martin O'Neill. Now back in Northern Ireland he turns niche stats into predictions for FST, while he's one of the few people on this island who is equally comfortable at Windsor Park and the Aviva.
Having successfully found the winning double on the clay at the French Open earlier this month, our attention now turns to the grass with Wimbledon, the third Grand Slam of the season, signalling the start of summer in Britain for many.
Carlos Alcaraz (6/5) and Coco Gauff (5/1) produced the goods at Roland Garros to provide us with an 11/1 winner and, hoping to reap the rewards again, we have a 33/1 double to go to war with at the All England Club.
Wimbledon 2025 outright predictions
Men’s outright – Carlos Alcaraz to win Wimbledon @ 5/4 with bet365
Carlos Alcaraz came from an unthinkable position to win the French Open final, surviving three match points in the fourth set to reel in Jannik Sinner in a super tiebreak.
That was further evidence that Alcaraz and Sinner are levels above the rest on the ATP Tour and, having shared the last six Grand Slam titles between them, it is hard to see how one of the irresistible duo won’t be crowned All England Club champion.
However, that was the fifth time in the last six meetings that Alcaraz had got the better of his fierce rival Sinner and he is fancied to become only the fifth man in the Open era to win the Wimbledon title in three successive years.
Alcaraz heads to his Wimbledon title defence on an 18-match winning streak, having won the last three tournaments he has contested.
Victory at Queen’s Club last week was the perfect preparation for the world number two and it means that he has lost only one of his last 26 matches on grass.
The other positive for Alcaraz’s chances is that not only does he avoid Sinner until a potential title decider, but seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic and big home hope Jack Draper are also housed on the opposite half of the draw.
Women’s outright – Marketa Vondrousova to win Wimbledon @ 16/1 with bet365
While the men’s tournament is shaping up as a bit of a coin toss between Alcaraz and Sinner, the women’s competition is seriously competitive with cast-iron cases to be made for plenty.
World number one Aryna Sabalenka is favourite but she cracked under pressure in both the Australian Open final and the French equivalent and has yet to make the Wimbledon title decider.
Meanwhile, Coco Gauff and Iga Swiatek have not always put their best foot forward on the grass, while 2022 champion Elena Rybakina has only shown flashes of brilliance since that headline success.
So it could pay to look further down the betting and the one that appeals most is Czech talent Marketa Vondrousova, who was crowned Wimbledon champion in 2023 a year before her compatriot Barbora Krejcikova followed in her footsteps.
Injuries have severely halted Vondrousova’s progress since then, so much so that she is now unseeded as world number 73, but her recent title triumph in Berlin suggests that she is back operating at the top of her game.
In claiming that grass-court crown, the 25-year-old defeated Madison Keys, Diana Shnaider, Ons Jabeur and Sabalenka, form which is seriously hard to dismiss given her back class.
A third-round clash with Sabalenka could be on the cards but she is one of the only few female players that can match the top seed for power and that was evident in their recent semi-final duel in Germany as she eased to a 6-2 6-4 success. Win that and the draw could seriously open up for the former champion.
