Kylian Mbappe to score anytime
Mbappe has been a regular thorn for Barcelona in his career, scoring 12 times in 10 games against them for PSG and Real Madrid. He has struck four goals in three La Liga meetings, and the Frenchman has scored a goal per game for Real this season.
Pedri to be carded
Pedri doesn’t rack up a lot of cards, but the Spanish midfielder was cautioned in two of the three meetings between these sides last season. He was sent off in the Bernabeu meeting last October, and he was booked in the Super Cup clash in January.
He has three bookings and one red card against Real Madrid overall, and he faces a talented Real midfield.
Marc Cucurella to be carded
Cucurella was shown his first yellow card for Real Madrid in last weekend’s win over Sevilla, but the defender isn’t shy about getting stuck in during big games. The left-back was shown 26 yellow cards across his last three seasons with Chelsea, and he was cautioned 17 times across two La Liga campaigns with Getafe between 2019 and 2021.
The defender matches up with international teammate Lamine Yamal this weekend, and that could be an interesting battle between the two.
