AC Milan vs Sassuolo – Both teams to score at 8/13

AC Milan managed a clean sheet in Madrid on Wednesday but their defense could come under some serious pressure when they host Sassuolo on Sunday.

The visitors have failed to score just once in Serie A this season and that came all the way back in gameweek two, with I Neroverdi netting 15 goals in the nine games since that blank at home to Torino. Away from home they have scored in each of their last 12 league games, although it’s certainly worth noting that they have kept just one clean sheet in that period.

AC Milan won’t be worried about their attacking prospects after scoring in every Serie A game this season but Stefano Pioli’s side have conceded in seven of their last eight league outings and shipped four at Fiorentina last weekend. Expect plenty of goals in this one.

Man City vs West Ham – Both teams to score at 19/20

West Ham have only failed to score twice across 12 Premier League matches this term and they’ve scored 23 goals already this campaign. The Hammers have the ability to trouble City, but their poor record at the Etihad suggests the hosts have the edge.

City have won nine of 10 league meetings with West Ham since Guardiola took charge, scoring 28 goals. They’ve also won 13 of their last 15 at home to the Hammers so goals for the hosts are to be expected. However, City have been exposed at the back frequently this term and the Hammers can trouble them on Sunday.

Napoli v Lazio – Napoli to win at 4/5

Napoli have lost their last two games, but both of those defeats came away from home and they should be able to get back to winning ways against poor travellers Lazio at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona on Sunday.

The Partenopei have won five of their six at home in Serie A, with one draw, while Lazio haven’t won on their travels since the opening round of fixtures and have lost three of their five games since.

Brentford vs Everton – Brentford to win at 5/4

Brentford have announced that they will use the same home kit next season but there has been nothing stale about their Premier League performances and they can get back to climbing the table by defeating Everton in west London.

The Bees have not won in five league games but they did not look short of confidence when drawing 3-3 at Newcastle last Saturday.

Ivan Toney was back on the scoresheet at St James’s Park and he can help the Bees to topple the Toffees, who are low on confidence and short of quality up front with Dominic Calvert-Lewin injured and Richarlison suspended.

Real Madrid vs Sevilla – Sevilla to win at 17/4

Real Madrid are only two points above Sevilla at the top of La Liga and it could be worth chancing the visitors to silence the Bernabeu on Sunday.

Real’s last three home games in the Spanish top flight have produced goalless draws with Villarreal and Osasuna and a 2-1 win over Rayo Vallecano and they may find it hard to break down a Sevilla side who have conceded only nine goals in 13 league matches this season.

Sevilla had a morale-boosting Champions League win over Wolfsburg in midweek, keeping alive their chances of making the last 16, and they are a big price to leapfrog Carlo Ancelotti’s men in the table.

Burnley v Tottenham – Over 2.5 goals at 19/20

Defence is often the strong suit of Sean Dyche’s Burnley side but they have been poor in that regard this season, conceding 20 goals in 12 games.

The Clarets have also conceded the most shots of any team in the league and will be facing a Spurs side hungry to put the disappointment of their midweek defeat to Mura in the Europa Conference League behind them.

Spurs have hardly cut loose this season but with the attacking talents at their disposal it won’t be long before they return to their high scoring ways.
