Inter Milan vs Napoli – Both teams to score at 4/5 with bet365

Inter are worthy favourites to see off Napoli but the defending Serie A champions will put up a fight. The visitors have really improved under Francesco Calzona and they head into this with both teams scoring in each of their last seven.

That run includes home and away meetings with Barcelona in the Champions League, so they should be confident of scoring in this trip.

Inter Milan went to penalties with Atletico Madrid on Wednesday night and with some tired legs likely after they dug in to defend a 2-1 aggregate lead for close to an hour, expect a more open game than usual for the Nerazzurri.

Las Palmas v Almeria – Las Palmas to win at 19/20 with bet365

Almeria have perhaps performed better than their results suggest in La Liga but their away form has been truly woeful, so at just shy of evens Las Palmas look very backable here.

Europe isn’t necessarily out of reach for the hosts and a win on Sunday would keep their slim hopes of gatecrashing the top six alive. Las Palmas have 22 points to show from 14 home games and they are facing an Almeria outfit who have 12 defeats from their 14 trips and are still yet to win a league game.

Las Palmas won the reverse fixture 2-1 and can send rock bottom Almeria a step closer to having their inevitable relegation confirmed.

Rennes vs Marseille – Rennes to win at 6/4 with bet365

Marseille faced a tough trip to Spain in midweek and their European commitments could play a role when they visit a Rennes side that have been in fantastic form at Roazhon Park recently.

Rennes, who sit eighth in Ligue 1, have won four of their last six home games in all competitions, including a 3-2 win against AC Milan and a 2-0 triumph over Nice in January, while they also beat Marseille on penalties in the Coupe de France in this sequence.

They come up against a Marseille side that, while improved, still struggle on their travels. Les Phoceens lost 3-1 in Spain in midweek and have only won two of their last nine competitive away games. Those two victories on the road came against rock-bottom Clermont and fifth-tier Thionville Lusitanos, so Rennes should provide more of a threat on Sunday.

James Mason

Brest v Lille – Brest to win at 6/4 with bet365

Brest have been the surprise package in Ligue 1 this season, as they sit second in the table, and they can chalk up another victory at the expense of fourth-place Lille on Sunday.

Eric Roy’s side are unbeaten in their last eight home matches in all competitions, while they have suffered just one Ligue 1 defeat at Stade Francis-Le Ble – that loss coming against Paris Saint-Germain.

Lille come into this clash just three days after being in Europa Conference League action and they may struggle to improve an away record that has seen them win just three times on the road in the league this term.

Sevilla v Celta Vigo – Sevilla to win at 1/1 with bet365

Sevilla have spent much of this season battling against relegation and they are already on to their third head coach of the campaign, but under Quique Sanchez Flores they appear to have finally steadied the ship.

La Liga leaders Real Madrid are the only side to have beaten Sevilla across their last seven matches and the Andalusians have won back-to-back home games against Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad.

A third successive win at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan should come on Sunday, as Sevilla will be hosting a relegation-threatened Celta Vigo side that have won just one of their last 12 road trips in La Liga and they parted ways with head coach Rafael Benitez during the week.

Ian Wilkerson

Atalanta vs Fiorentina – Atalanta at 5/6 with bet365

Atalanta’s defeat to Bologna in their last Serie A home game ended a run of seven straight wins at their Bergamo base, but they can win as hosts again when they face Fiorentina.

The boys in blue and black have their eyes firmly set on gaining European football again for next season and can boost their sixth position after some tricky recent fixtures, which included a 4-0 loss to leaders Inter Milan and a draw at Juventus.

But a 2-1 come-from-behind win over Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League on Thursday will have further boosted confidence.

Fiorentina will also be hoping to gatecrash the top-six party, but their home form simply has to improve.
They have won just one of their last nine away league games and two of the ten they have faced overall in 2024, so this looks a difficult assignment for La Viola.
