Toulouse vs Marseille – Toulouse to win at 17/10 with bet365

Marseille have a tough game in prospect after going the distance with Benfica on Thursday and OM have firmly switched their focus to the Europa League for the run-in. With a European semi-final to come, the side in ninth in Ligue 1 should understandably swerve their league games for the coming weeks.

Even at full strength, Marseille have had a tough time in Ligue 1 this term. They’ve largely been let down by their away form, as they’ve picked up the fewest away points across the division. They’ve suffered eight defeats on their travels and head to Toulouse having been beaten in each of their last four away games.

Toulouse are unbeaten in three and they have the rest advantage having not played since last Saturday. Take them at a good price to inflict yet another away defeat on Marseille.

Borussia Dortmund vs Bayer Leverkusen – Borussia Dortmund to win at 6/4 with bet365

You never really know how a team will react after winning the league, but my suspicion with Bayer Leverkusen is they could be tempted to ease off in the Bundesliga as they have two cup competitions to focus on.

BVB may be through to the Champions League semi-finals but they still have some work to do to make sure they are in Europe’s top competition next season – and they can boost their chances of a top four Bundesliga finish by taking down the newly-crowned champions this weekend.

Dortmund managed to hold Leverkusen to a draw in the reverse fixture and they’ve been fairly strong at home recently, winning five of their last seven at the Westfalenstadion across all competitions. Bayer have little left to play for in the league and come into the game after a tough midweek trip to London, so back BVB to make home advantage count.

Sporting vs Vitoria Guimaraes – Sporting to win & BTTS at 15/8 with bet365

Sporting sit seven points clear at the top of the Portuguese Primeira Liga table and have won 15 of their last 16 top-flight affairs, losing none.

The last team to beat them in the league was Vitoria Guimaraes, who put three past them in the reverse fixture and who are enjoying a phenomenal season.

The visitors are still in with a shot of finishing in the top three and have scored in nine of their last ten games, so expect them to give the likely champions a good game.

Coventry vs Manchester United – Over 3.5 goals at 11/10 with bet365

There have been 25 goals scored in Coventry’s five FA Cup matches this season and there’s no sign that the net-busting action will stop when they take on Manchester United in Sunday’s semi-final at Wembley.

The Sky Blues’ run has included a 6-2 win over Oxford, a 4-1 replay victory over Sheffield Wednesday and a 5-0 thrashing of non-league Maidstone, while their scintillating quarter-final success against Wolves was one of the most memorable games of the season.

There have been at least three goals in Coventry’s last 11 games and bettors can aim even higher for over 3.5 goals given United’s recent results. Four of the Red Devils’ last five games have generated at least four goals, which includes a pair of seven-goal games against Liverpool and Chelsea.

Neither team is likely to sit back at Wembley and another entertaining game is in prospect.

Real Madrid vs Barcelona – Real Madrid to win at 4/5 with bet365

It was a midweek to remember for Real Madrid as they ended Manchester City’s reign as European champions but one to forget for their Clasico rivals Barcelona, who were ousted by Paris St-Germain in the Champions League a day earlier.

And there could be further pain heading Barca’s way on Sunday with Real fancied to record a fourth straight win over their big rivals at the Bernabeu, where Los Blancos are unbeaten this season, winning 17 of their 22 matches in all competitions.

Lille vs Strasbourg – Strasbourg win or draw double chance at 13/10 with bet365

Argentina’s World Cup final hero Emi Martinez again broke French hearts in a penalty shootout on Thursday, when he helped Aston Villa edge past Lille in the Europa Conference League quarter-final.

Lille were on course for the last four until Matty Cash’s 87th-minute goal took the tie to extra-time and they may struggle to pick themselves up for Sunday’s Ligue 1 clash with Strasbourg.

The visitors’ only defeat in their last six games was a 1-0 loss to third-placed Monaco and they have won three of their last four, beating Nantes, Rennes and Reims all by a two-goal margin.
