Two acca winners at the end of August gave our MLB fans a glimmer of hope that September would be a lucrative month for our Baseball tips. Our first acca of the month landed on Saturday night, with a 4-fold 6/1 tip including 3 money line tips and an “over total runs” tip.
6/1 MLB Acca
Saturday’s tips went as smoothly as they possibly could for the accumulator. We were relying on just four games on the night, 3 teams to win and 1 game to have over an 8.5 run total.
It all started well, with Baltimore Orioles travelling to Detroit Tigers and starting quickly, heading into a 3-1 lead after innings 1. At the halfway point, Orioles were 8-1 in the lead and strolling. Game finished 11-3 and a hugely convincing win from the Orioles gave us our first winner.
Next up was LA Dodgers, who we had to win in Miami againsts the Marlins. A very boring first 4 innings saw the game go into the 5th at 0-0. Dodgers managed to find some strength and went 1-0 up going into the 6th. After the 6th, Dodgers were looking like cruising to a win by increasing their run lead to 4 runs. Finally, in the 7th innings they increased their lead again to 5-0, which is how the match finished.
An in form San Francisco Giants were away to Arizona Diamondbacks on Saturday night, and the Giants were the 3rd team we had listed for the win. By the 5th, the Giants had sailed to a 5-1 lead. They had a second wind going into innings 7 & 8 scoring 6 more runs and the game ending 11-3, with the Diamondbacks managing another 2 runs to add to their consolation tally.
Finally, it was all on Over 8.5 run total between LA Angels and Texas Rangers. Rangers managed almost all of the 9 runs needed for this leg, managing 8 runs of those 9 in the game. LA Angels were a little shy of those 8 runs with 5 runs, totalling 13 runs and the overnight MLB 6/1 accumulator landing!
