89/1 double lands!
We focused our Correct Score Double on action from Dundee and Belfast, as Dundee United and Linfield pushed to make the final round of qualifying. The Scottish outfit were on a high following their impressive 2-2 draw in Austria a week prior, while they raced into a 2-0 lead at half-time in the second leg.
However, Rapid’s class told in the second half, as they scored twice in the space of 15 minutes to even it up to 4-4 on aggregate.
Linfield lost 2-1 in the Faroe Islands against Vikingur Gota last week, but the Northern Irish champions earned themselves a reunion with Shelbourne thanks to a 2-0 second leg win. A brilliant strike from Kieran Offord was followed by an own-goal, putting the Blues ahead on aggregate by half-time.
Despite both sides getting chances after the break, the scoreline stayed 2-0 to land our 89/1 double. We’ve got a 110/1 Correct Score Double for Friday night as we aim to go back-to-back.
Dundee United’s game also featured in our winning 7/2 Both Teams to score treble. We backed BTTS in another thriller in Scotland, as Hibs lost 3-1 in 90 minutes to Partizan Belgrade, before progressing 4-3 on aggregate in extra-time.
Our treble was completed with Legia Warsaw’s 2-1 win over AEK Larnaca. We tipped BTTS at 4/5 in that clash as our Bet of the Day, while BTTS at Dundee United and a Linfield win were tipped up as an 8/5 double.
