Sunday saw the climax of two of the biggest sporting events in the calendar as Novak Djokovic landed yet another Wimbledon title before Italy broke English hearts in the Euro 2020 Final.
We’ve had a day or two to get over it now and we can look back on a successful month of tipping here at FST, with plenty of winners across both Euro 2020 and Wimbledon to set us up for the coming season.
Let’s recap some of the biggest moments.
Euro 2020 outright lands at England’s expense
Okay, I’ll admit it. I backed Italy as the Euro 2020 winners pre-tournament but even the promise of a cash reward couldn’t stop me cheering the Three Lions on in the final.
Still, it’s a bit of a consolation prize to anybody who got on our 11/1 tip for Italy to win the tournament.
We saw their odds slashed to 8/1 by the time they kicked us off in Rome and those odds just kept coming down as the tournament wore on, but us early backers got the cut of the green.
Honorary mentions also go to our two dark horse picks. Ukraine (tipped at 50/1) made it to the quarter-finals while Denmark (tipped at 28/1) were eliminated at the semi-final stage. Both at the hands of England.
Euro 2020 Predictions boast healthy profit
We previewed every single game of Euro 2020 in detail and that research paid off for our two main tipsters for the tournament, with Alex Wrigley and Aaron Rogan boasting a profit of 27.9 units across the 51 matches.
Want more of a breakdown? Alex posted an 11.2 unit profit across his 22 Match Predictions and Aaron covered the remaining 29 games and walked away with 16.6 units of profit.
Our correct score predictions were the biggest winners with 15.5 units.
Acca delight in Euro 2020
Our biggest winner of Euro 2020 saw our 20/1 Bet Builder on Switzerland vs Turkey land but it was far from the only success we enjoyed, as you might expect with such a formidable preview record!
We also hit a 12/1 Euro 2020 acca land on the same day as an incredible 159/1 MLS winner and we landed three Anytime Goalscorer Doubles, including a 15/1 shot on the 29th June, and no less than ten Anytime Goalscorer Best Bets.
FST’s tennis experts ace Wimbledon
Wimbledon might have flown under the radar thanks to England’s deep run in the Euros but our tennis experts were on point from day one of the tournament and it didn’t take long before they posted a huge winner.
That came in the form of a clean sweet on day four of the tournament, with an 18/1 acca winner being the pick of the bunch.
Just a day later and they were at it again with an 8/1 acca winner and they followed that with a string of Best Bet wins, including a pair of 6/4 winners in both the women’s final and the men’s final to end with a total profit of units.
