838/1 Cards & Corners Mega Accumulator Tip

West Ham vs Newcastle United

Best Cards & Corners bet: Newcastle corners match bet (most corners) at 13/8

The early Premier League kick off sees Newcastle head to West Ham and I’m backing the visitors to win the corners match bet by winning more corners than the Hammers.

West Ham are averaging more corners per-game than Newcastle, but recently they’ve been enjoying less success in that particular field. The hosts have lost the corners match bet in three of their last six Premier League games, with one draw, and have taken 28 in total during that run – with 12 coming against Norwich.

Newcastle have won the corners match bet in two of their last three and have taken 24 corners in total over their last six, but that run has included games against both Manchester clubs.

Arsenal vs Brentford

Best Cards & Corners bet: Arsenal over 1.5 cards at 6/4

Arsenal are averaging 1.77 cards per-game but they actually have a worse disciplinary record at home, averaging 2.09 per-game. Brentford’s opponents on their travels average 1.75 cards per-game.

The Gunners picked up five cards at Wolves last time out and have seen at least two players booked in five of their last seven games in all competitions and they’ve had three sendings off during that run too, so over 1.5 cards for the hosts has a chance at the Emirates.

Aston Villa vs Watford

Best Cards & Corners bet: Both teams to receive 2+ cards at 13/8

Aston Villa are averaging 2.30 cards per-game overall and 2.09 at home, making them statistically one of the most ill disciplined sides in the Premier League. Watford are better behaved, but their poor form has resulted in them picking up more cards and they have had at least two players booked in four of their last five games.

Brighton vs Burnley

Best Cards & Corners bet: Over 10 corners at 4/5

The corners mark is set at 11 in this clash at the Amex Stadium but I’ve opted for a bit more caution here and am going for over 10 in the alternative corners market.

Brighton’s games are averaging exactly 11.00 corners per-game and Burnley’s come in at 10.33. Away from home that figure jumps to 11.73 for the Clarets, largely due to the number they concede, but Brighton’s home games average 10.73 and as we’re probably relying on the Seagulls to go most of the work in terms of this selection I’ve decided to take the shorter price on over 10 corners rather than push it with 11.

Crystal Palace vs Chelsea

Best Cards & Corners bet: Over 10 corners at 11/10

Chelsea win on average 7.67 corners per-game at home, the third highest figure in the league, but also concede 4.42. Crystal Palace may only need to win two or three corners to land this leg for us and they are averaging a solid 4.00 on their travels.

Liverpool vs Norwich

Best Cards & Corners bet: Brandon Williams to be booked at 3/1

Norwich defender Brandon Williams has been booked five times in 18 Premier League games this season and has six yellow cards in all competitions. The 21-year-old, on loan from Manchester United, has two bookings in his last three games and stands out as a contender for a card at anytime at Anfield.

Southampton vs Everton

Best Cards & Corners bet: Southampton corners match bet at 8/15

Only the current top four have won more corners than Southampton this season and they actually average more per-game than Manchester United, having played a game less.

Saints average 5.75 per-game and should win more corners than Everton, who have won the fewest corners away from home of any side in the Premier League at an average of just 3.18 per-game.

Manchester City vs Tottenham

Best Cards & Corners bet: Over 11 corners at 11/10

The final game on Saturday sees Manchester City entertain an out-of-sorts Spurs and I’m backing over 11 corners in this match up. City are winning a whopping 8.80 corners per-game this season in the league and at home that figure is 9.00. The runaway leaders also concede on average 2.00 per-game in Manchester and as Spurs win on average 5.00 per-game on their travels over 11 has a real chance in the final fixture of the day.
