      Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur Predictions

It was inevitable really. After an incredible 2-0 victory over Bayern Munich at the Emirates, they then had to travel to the Allianz Arena to face them away from home. Bayern stormed it, winning 5-1.

Despite this, Arsenal are still in good form. They have won five of their last seven games in all competitions and seven of their last eight in the Premier League.

This has put them right in the mixer for the Premier League title. They are level on points with leaders Manchester City after picking up 25 points from their opening 11 games.

This leaves them three points clear of 3rd placed Leicester and four and five points clear of arch rivals Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.

This leaves Spurs in 5th place in the table, and with Chelsea effectively out of the race for the top four Spurs will be hoping that this is their year to get a Champions League spot.

The visitors will also be boosted by Arsenal’s ever growing injury list. Hector Bellerin is expected to miss the game now, along with Danny Welbeck, Tomas Rosicky, Theo Walcott, Aaron Ramsey, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mikel Arteta, Jack Wilshere, and David Ospina. Spurs will be without Federico Fazio, Tom Carroll, Nacer Chadli, and Alex Pritchard.

A late stunner from Moussa Dembele against Anderlecht on Thursday took Spurs’ winning streak to three in all competitions, and they have only lost once in their last eight games in all competitions.

In fact, they have only lost twice since the opening day of the season. But one of these losses was against Arsenal in the Capital One Cup.

This League Cup win took Arsenal’s record against Spurs to four wins from their last six meetings, with Spurs only winning once.

We’re expecting a typically exciting match between these two sides, with both teams in good attacking form coming into this match. This makes odds of 10/11 for Over 2.5 Goals and Both Teams to Score look very attractive, and I’m backing that along with a 2-2 Draw at 14/1
