A 13-minute brace from Oihan Sancet turned a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win for Athletic Bilbao on Sunday to extend their excellent start to the season, and they can follow that with a result against defending La Liga champions Real Madrid on Wednesday.

Bilbao are now unbeaten across their last nine competitive games and are fourth in the table, while they have lost just one of their 11 games at San Mames Barria this term.

Real Madrid may be seven points better off than their Basque hosts, but their campaign has not been without its hiccups and they head to Bilbao having won just three of their eight away games this season.
