Besiktas ready to bounce back

After winning both the league and cup last term, Besiktas booked their ticket to this showpiece Turkish Super Cup final in Doha, Qatar. The Black Eagles head into this full of confidence after winning as many games across their last five (W3, D1, L1) as they had in 16 competitive games prior.

Even with an uptick in form, Besiktas failed to keep a clean sheet in eight of their last nine H2Hs with Antalyaspor, with the only exception being their 2-0 Turkish Cup final success last term. Incidentally, that defeat was Antalyaspor’s methof of qualification for the Super Cup.
