BK Hacken and Both Teams To Score

Reason for tip

Hacken are not only the Allsvenskan’s leading scorers, but they are also unbeaten in their last six competitive games, winning five of those, although they have only kept two clean sheets from those six matches.

BK Hacken 3-1

Reason for tip

Hacken should have too much firepower for Brommapojkarna, but their tendency to concede goals does offer the visitors hope of getting on the scoresheet, something they have achieved in two of their three recent defeats.

BK Hacken vs Brommapojkarna Predictions

  • Hacken are the leading scorers in this season’s Allsvenskan
  • The hosts are unbeaten in their last six competitive games (W5, D1)
  • Brommapojkarna have lost their last three Allsvenskan matches

Attack the best form of defence for defending champions

Hacken claimed their first Allsvenskan championship last season and they are in the mix to defend their title thanks largely to a potent attack that has scored 38 times in 15 league games this term – the most of any side in the division.

That attacking quality was further showcased during the first leg of their Champions League first qualifying round tie on Wednesday night when they beat The New Saints 3-1 – a result that extended their unbeaten run in competitive matches to six games, five of which have ended in victory.

However, Hacken did concede against their Welsh opponents meaning they are without a clean sheet in four of those six matches.

Brommapojkarna trending in the wrong direction

Brommapojkarna will head into this game looking to avoid a fourth-successive Allsvenskan defeat, but that won’t be easy considering their last league visit to Hacken ended in a 6-0 drubbing.

The visitors have at least scored in two of their three defeats over recent weeks and they will fancy their chances of getting on the scoresheet against Hacken’s less than watertight backline.

That could be as good as it gets though for Olof Mellberg’s team and Hacken should win this one, with the Allsvenskan’s leading scorer Benie Traore also a contender to get on the scoresheet for the hosts for the 13th time in the league this season.
