      BK Hacken to Win

      Reason for tip

Hacken are one of just two Swedish top-flight teams yet to experience defeat this term, with the other being runaway leaders Sirius. The Wasps have amassed 17 points from their opening nine
league fixtures, delivering a series of impressive performances in the process. Despite disappointing early exits from both the Conference League and Svenska Cupen, Jens Gustafsson’s men will be
hopeful of finishing towards the top end of the Allsvenskan.

      BK Hacken 3-1

      Reason for tip

Hacken notched three at home to Malmo earlier this month but are yet to keep a clean sheet on home soil. Hammarby have scored exactly once in three of their last four away games, but have lost their last two trips.

      BK Hacken vs Hammarby Predictions

Goals galore at the Nordic Wellness Arena

All four of Hacken’s home league matches have produced at least three goals, thanks to plenty of attacking activity at both ends.

The 2022 Allsvenskan winners have conceded twice in each of their outings at the Nordic Wellness Arena this term, which should be a source of encouragement for a Hammarby outfit that rarely score on the road.

Hacken have only been involved in one low-scoring encounter all season, last week’s narrow 1-0 win over reigning champions Mjällby in Hällevik.

      Hammarby hunting for top spot

After concluding the last two seasons as runners-up, Hammarby will be desperate to secure just their second Allsvenskan title. If they are to have any realistic aspirations of claiming silverware this term, Kalle Karlsson’s side must improve their wretched away form.

HIF have already been beaten at Sirius and GAIS, while an unconvincing display on Djurgården island procured a solitary point.

This is Hammarby’s third consecutive visit to Gothenburg on league duty – can they produce a similar result to the 1-0 victory they achieved against IFK on matchday seven? Having lost three of their last four fixtures, including the recent cup final defeat to Mjällby, the two-time Intertoto Cup holders may be left waiting for a positive result they desperately need.
