Bournemouth vs Manchester United Betting Tips

Bournemouth finally broke out of their desperately poor form last weekend when they, quite simply, outplayed Chelsea at Stamford Bridge and came away with a well deserved 1-0 win.

This ended their nine match winless streak in all competitions, with six of those matches ending in defeat for the newly promoted side.

However, two of their three draws came in the last few weeks, and they actually enter this match having not lost any of their last three matches.

This win against Chelsea dragged Bournemouth out of the Premier League relegation zone, and they now sit in 17^th position, ahead of 18^th placed Newcastle on goal difference.

Manchester United are in 4^th place, and could actually take the top spot in the league if they win on Saturday despite their recent poor form.

They haven’t won any of their last four matches in all competitions, with their defeat to Wolfsburg on Tuesday seeing them crash out of the Champions League at the group stage.

This makes it just three wins in Man Utd’s last 11 games in all competitions, with a huge six of these ending all square.

To be fair, they do have injury concerns. Wayne Rooney, Morgan Schneiderlin, Ander Herrera, Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw, and Antonio Valencia all missed the match against Wolfsburg. To make things worse, Matteo Darmian and Chris Smalling both suffered injuries in that match.

Bournemouth are still without their trio of star players Max Gradel, Callum Wilson, and Tyrone Mings, and are also missing Marc Pugh, Christian Atsu, and Adam Federici.

With Bournemouth coming into this match on the back of an impressive win and Manchester United in the midst of an injury crisis and poor in form, I think that the home side can get a result on Saturday. Odds of 4/6 for a Bournemouth Win or Draw Double Chance look really good value as well.
