Visitors to claim all three points

Falkirk are the best bet to win at Dundee on Saturday. John McGlynn’s side travel to Dens Park to face Steven Pressley’s team and can get the win.

Falkirk are three places above Dundee in the table, but there is an 11-point gap between the two sides. The hosts are tenth with three wins and 11 defeats, while Falkirk are seventh with six wins and six losses.

Falkirk have scored an average of 1.67 goals a game in their three Premiership away games against other bottom-half teams this season, while Dundee have conceded an average of 1.43 goals a game in their seven such matches.

Dundee could not break their losing habit last weekend, going down 1-0 to Motherwell in their last Premiership outing. The result was no surprise, with Motherwell priced at 4/9 to win the game.

Dundee are out of form, and backing their opponents during their current run of seven defeats in nine Premiership games would have resulted in a profit of 1.45 units.

The visitors have defended resolutely, with three clean sheets in Falkirk’s last four Premiership away games.

Dundee could do with turning things around, having won just one of their last nine Premiership matches, a run which includes four games without recording a victory and seven reverses in total.

Dundee’s struggles up front are a major concern. No team has failed to score in more Premiership games this season than they have, with nine goalless draws in 18 matches.

With 11 of Falkirk’s 18 league matches this season producing over 2.5 goals and Dundee going down by a single goal five times in the Premiership, a 2-1 win for Falkirk looks a decent correct-score bet.
