Under-par Pars facing bleak winter

Dunfermline were well beaten at home by leaders Arbroath on Boxing Day and it seems inevitable that second-placed Inverness CT will inflict another defeat on them this Wednesday.

The Smokies’ 3-0 win doesn’t full illustrate how dominant they were with the Pars creating very little on the day and looking brittle at the back.

Inverness CT are just three points back of Arbroath in the table and can boast similar – if not quite as impressive – away form too.
