Tedesco’s men to win entertaining encounter

Belgium have seemingly recovered from their World Cup disappointment after registering two wins and a draw under new head coach Domenico Tedesco, scoring seven goals in the process.

Another win should be on the cards against Estonia, as the Red Devils have won the last four meetings between the two sides, scoring 18 goals in the process.

However, Estonia have scored in the last two encounters – both came during qualifying for the last World Cup – while Thomas Haberli has also seen his side notch in eight of their last nine fixtures overall, including in their opening two Euro qualifiers against Austria and Azerbaijan.

Estonia can make a game of it

Estonia should not be underestimated by Belgium, as Tuesday’s hosts have only lost two of their last 11 matches, pushing Austria all the way in their opening Euro qualifier back in March.

The Blueshirts also opened the scoring the last time Belgium came to Tallinn and, given the visitors have kept just two clean sheets in nine, they could well repeat that trick on Tuesday.

However, Belgium have enough firepower to win this game and a repeat of the 3-1 scoreline from when the sides last met in Brussels in November 2021 would not be a surprise.
