      Fulham vs Ipswich Predictions

The Tractor Boys have found some form and find themselves in the play-off positions once more having won 4 of their last 6 matches. Their last 3 wins have all come on the road so they’ll travel with confidence here. Their most recent success was a 1-0 win at MK Dons on Saturday lunch-time but they’d netted 8 times in their previous two away matches so up against a Fulham side, that has the league’s 2nd worst defensive record, their attacking players will be licking their lips at the prospect of more success in this game.

Fulham have been in really poor form, almost certainly distracted by their almost comical hunt for a replacement to manager Kit Symons. Stuart Gray has the role now on an interim basis and there were signs of improvement in his 1st match on Saturday when the Cottagers drew 2-2 at home to local rivals Brentford.

Despite languishing down in 17th place and leaking goals all over the place, Fulham have scored 4 more goals than any other side in the division. Ipswich are in a similar situation but have considerably more points on the board. They have the joint 2nd best goalscoring record in the league but no side in the top half has let in more goals than them.

Therefore everything points to goals here and you can back there to be 3 or more in the game at odds of 4/5.

However with Ipswich enjoying life on the road and Fulham without a win in 6, you’d have to say that the visitors look the more likely winners. At 17/2 you can back a 2-1 away win, which would mean a 4th straight victory away from Portman Road for the Suffolk club.
