Genoa vs Napoli Betting Tips

Assessing Genoa’s current form isn’t easy. They’ve won two of their last five, losing just once in that span. In some of those games, defensive football has been the order of the day, but not always as their 3-3 midweek draw against Torino can testify too.

Either way, they’ve picked up just 11 points from their first 10 games and are at the wrong end of the table. Right now, they’re a little too close to the relegation action.

On Sunday, they welcome in red hot Napoli. They’re second in Serie A behind Roma, but they’re trending up in a big way. After going win-less in their first three games (2D 1L), Napoli have won six of their last seven games, some in serious style including a 5-0 crushing of Lazio and an 4-0 thrashing over AC Milan.

Genoa are an okay football team, but there’s little reason to believe that they are going to stop Napoli’s winning run on Sunday.
