Gent can break into top-four with a win

Gent have been in great form of late and have moved within striking distance of the top-four with just one game left before the Belgian league split. Hein Vanhaezebrouck’s side have taken 23 points from their last ten league matches, they have gone unbeaten in that time and now find themselves just two points behind fourth placed Anderlecht who occupy the last of the Championship Group spots. Gent are on a ten-match unbeaten run and go into Sunday’s game full of confidence hoping to complete this seasons double over Leuven – Gent ran out 1-0 winners when these two met in December.

Leuven have hit a rough patch late in the season

Leuven’s form has dipped since they won three matches on the spin at the beginning of February, a run which confirmed their spot in the Belgian topflight for next season.
