Getafe pulling away from trouble

They may be winless on the road this season, but Getafe’s recent home form has seen them register five wins in six games, moving four points clear of the relegation zone in the process.

Real Madrid, Espanyol and Granada have all left Coliseum Alfonso Pérez empty handed, while Quique Sánchez Flores’ side have kept four clean sheets in those half a dozen games.

They also prevented Levante from scoring against them earlier in the season when the two teams drew 0-0, and you fancy they could do the same again in this clash.

Levante are shocking on the road

Levante’s away record this season is the worst in La Liga. They have played ten games and picked up just two points, suffering eight defeats and getting a couple of draws.

They head into this game having lost seven successive league fixtures on the road, with their stalemates coming against struggling Elche and Cadiz.

It is difficult to see them winning this one, and perhaps difficult to see them scoring too, given they have failed to net on four occasions on their travels.

Getafe’s strong home form suggests they will grab another valuable win in this one, so I predict they will get the victory, and I think they will do so without conceding, selecting 2-0 as a correct score line.
