Grimsby Town saw their resurgence under Ian Holloway end at the weekend with current league leaders, Swindon Town, beating them 3-1. That loss was the first in five games for the club and they’ll be hoping to bounce back with a win here with all three points seeing them leapfrog their opponents into 13th place.

Grimsby have taken plenty of points off of sides above them in recent weeks with a win Colchester being helped by draws with Forest Green and Bradford City. This has seen the side become outsiders for a playoff place, although their loss on Saturday left them 14 points off the top seven.
