Kortijk vs Westerlo Betting Tips

Both Kortijk and Westerlo are performing below expectations this season in the Belgian Pro League. Kortijk finished in 5^th position last season whilst their opponents managed an 11^th place finish.

However, Kortijk currently occupy 10^th position in the Pro League after a dismal spell of form recently, and Westerlo sit rock bottom of the table and look in danger of relegation from the top flight.

But Westerlo have been improving recently, and this match against Kortijk represents an excellent opportunity for them to drag themselves off the foot of the table.

Kortijk have lost seven of their last eight matches in all competitions and have lost two of their last three matches on home turf.

Westerlo, despite their poor position in the table, have actually managed to pick up three wins from their last five matches and have looked impressive going forward. They have netted nine times during these five matches, which will please them as they come into a match against a defensively poor Kortijk.

The hosts have conceded 18 goals in their last eight matches, but themselves have managed to score in four of these games.

The reverse fixture back in October saw the spoils shared in a 1-1 draw, and this made it two draws, two wins for Westerlo, and one win for Kortijk in their last five meetings.

Coupled with Westerlo’s in form attack, this is making me look towards a Both Teams to Score bet. Odds of 7/10 for this outcome look good value to me, and I’m going for an entertaining 2-2 draw at 12/1 as well.
