They are on a good run of form and are unbeaten in 12 matches in the league yet despite that haven’t really managed to make the sort of progress that run that might indicate. That is because they have been drawing more than they’ve been winning and 7 of their last 10 have finished up all square.

However neither of these sides are scoring or conceding many goals. There have been under 2.5 goals in 8 of the last 9 matches involving Forest. Meanwhile only 3 matches all season at Elland Road have had over 2 goals in them so backing under 2.5 goals here at 8/13 looks a safe bet.

It’s easy to find reasons why both teams will avoid defeat here but neither side really look like strong candidates for the win. This one really stands out as a likely draw not least because things finished all square when the pair met on Boxing Day at the City Ground.
