Leicester can punish goal-shy QPR

Leicester should be backed to get a home win over QPR at the King Power Stadium on Saturday. The visitors have lost their last two Championship away games and Gary Rowett’s side can take advantage.

QPR are out of form, and backing their opponents during their current run of five defeats in six Championship games would have resulted in a profit of 5.25 units.

QPR are in poor form, having lost five of their last six Championship matches. They have failed to win six of their last seven games.

QPR have been struggling to find the net of late, losing their last four Championship games to nil and failing to score in five of their last seven matches. They have been kept at bay in five of their last six away games.

They have struggled defensively in recent games, failing to keep a clean sheet in eight of their last nine Championship matches. They have conceded 29 goals away from home this season, an average of 1.53 goals per game from 19 trips.

Under 2.5 goals has been a winning bet in Leicester’s last four Championship games and they were 2-0 winners against Bristol City in their last match. QPR have lost four of their last six matches by at least two goals, so a 2-0 home win looks a decent correct-score option.
