      Liverpool vs Leicester Predictions

Jurgen Klopp seems to have run into some difficulty over the past few weeks. He has seen his Liverpool side hit some great heights since he took over in October, but the last four matches have shown the weaker side to their team.

They lost 3-0 to Watford on Sunday, a terrible result that extend their winless streak to four games in all competitions.

This sees them in 9th position in the Premier League, and the highest they could move with a win on Saturday is 8th.

Leicester’s thrilling 3-2 win at Goodison Park on Saturday confirmed their position at the top of the Premier League table for Christmas Day, and they have a two point lead over 2nd placed Arsenal and a nine point cushion in the top four.

This win made it seven wins from their last eight Premier League games, and they are now unbeaten in ten league matches.

They have only lost once in the league all season, a 5-2 drubbing by Arsenal, but since then they have never really looked like dropping all three points. Even when they go behind there is such belief within the team that it’s almost inevitable that they will bounce back.

15 goal hero Jamie Vardy limped off holding his hamstring on Saturday, but fortunately for Leicester fans there has been no more news on the injury front so he’s likely to be fit. Him and Riyad Mahrez combined have scored eight more Premier League goals between them than the whole of the Liverpool team.

People keep expecting Leicester to slip up, but it’s just not happening. Them and Arsenal are miles away from their competitors in terms of performances in recent weeks and their three goal haul at Goodison showed that they have no plans to slow down.

I think they’ll get something from this match against Liverpool, and excellent value odds of 10/11 for a Leicester Win or Draw look almost too good to be true when backing a team who have only lost once all season. I’m also going for a 3-1 Leicester win at incredible odds of 28/1.
