Livingston vs Hearts Predictions
- Fewer than three goals have been scored in four of Livingtson’s last five Premiership matches.
- Hearts have failed to score more than one goal in each of their last five away games.
- Hearts have failed to score in two matches played on Livingston’s artificial turf.
Jambos’ goal struggles to continue at ‘the Spaghettihad’
Hearts’ goalscoring statistics away from home have shown a marked drop-off from the start of October and that could continue on the artificial surface at Tony Macarani Arena this Sunday.
The Jambos scored exactly two goals in each of their first six road games this season, but have managed to find the net just three times in their last five away from Tynecastle.
Liam Boyce has gone through a barren spell with no goal in his last five and neither Josh Ginnelly or Ben Woodburn have been able to pick up the slack.
That worrying goals trend plays into the notion that the visitors may not be at their most comfortable on Livingston’s pitch anyway, having failed to score in their last two games – a 5-0 defeat and 0-0 draw.
Unders bet appeals
Only Dundee United and St Johnstone currently average fewer goals per game than Livingston in the Premiership while some 62% of Hearts’ league games have featured fewer than 2.5 goals this term.
Four of Livi’s last five games would have landed for the ‘unders’ bet and two of those games finished one apiece, so we will try to land a correct score payout here with another 1-1 prediction.
