Lorient vs Metz Predictions

Lorient have plenty of motivation for the 3pts

Lorient will be looking forward to returning to the more familiar surroundings of the Stade du Moustoir following their 4-1 defeat at Lyon last time out. Metz lost 3-0 in their own backyard to one of Lorient’s relegation rivals Nimes and will be looking for a much-improved performance from their players this Sunday.

Metz claimed a 3-1 win when these two sides locked horns in October but Lorient have won three of the duo’s last seven encounters. When these two sides clash the goals usually follow, with over 2.5 goals being scored in six of their last seven head-to-heads, and we’re expecting more of the same on Sunday.
