Home record can see LAFC take the win

Los Angeles Football Club have a rock solid home record this season, winning five and drawing two of their seven games at the BMO Stadium.

They host the Houston Dynamo in the early hours of tomorrow morning but despite the Dynamo beating LAFC 4-0 on Sunday, the home side are 2-5 to get immediate revenge.

That is due in part to LA’s strong home record and Houston’s dire form on the road.

The visitors have the worst away record in the MLS, taking just two points from a possible 24, scoring six and conceding 19 in the process.

High-scoring affair fancied

LAFC reached the final of the CONCACAF Champions League recently and as a result have as many as four games to catch up on some of their rivals in the Western Conference.

In spite of that, Steve Cherundolo’s side sit third in the table and the defending MLS Cup champions look set to have a big impact again this season.

Houston’s last four games have seen 18 goals so LAFC are fancied to win a game with over 2.5 goals landing as well. Correct score backers may consider a 2-1 win for LAFC in this clash, thanks to the poor away form of their opponents.
