Parisians to achieve winning end to home season

A disappointing end to their European campaign saw Paris Saint-Germain crash out of the Champions League at the last four stage but Luis Enrique side can give their fans something to cheer about with victory against Toulouse in their last home game of the season – before they lift the Ligue 1 trophy.

The Parisians have lost just one league match at the Parc des Princes all season – with their 33 home points tally only bettered by Lille’s 36 – while they also eased to a 2-0 win in front of their own fans over Toulouse in the Super Cup back in January.

Les Violets are firmly in mid-table and have impressed on the road recently, winning six of their last seven Ligue 1 away games. However, they have found less joy when visiting the French giants in the capital, losing 15 of their last 16 visits in all competitions and drawing the other 0-0.

Three of their last four visits have seen Toulouse fail to find the back of the net and a similar story could be told on Sunday. PSG have averaged just over two goals per home league match this season and, after winning three of their last four home head-to-heads to nil, another shutout victory looks promising and a 2-0 scoreline draws the eye.
