Tip Reasoning

  • Luton have lost their last two and four of their last six Championship fixtures (W1, D1).
  • Millwall are unbeaten in their last eight league matches, winning four.
  • The Lions ran out cosy 2-0 winners in October’s reverse fixture.

Lions’ Run to Continue at Kenilworth Road

Millwall go into this Tuesday’s clash against Luton at Kenilworth Road unbeaten in eight league games (W4, D4) and merit support in the draw no bet market with the hosts losing four of their last six.

Millwall will have been bitterly disappointed not to find a way past bottom club Wycombe at The Den on Saturday (0-0), but their overall form since the middle of last month makes them a great bet for this midweek clash.

A late play-off push isn’t out of the question for the Lions after accruing 16 points from their last eight starts and they will travel to Kenilworth road in confident mood after losing just one of their last six away trips, winning three.

Gary Rowett’s side comfortably accounted for the Hatters 2-0 in October’s reverse fixture and we can only envisage a similar outcome here with the hosts struggling.

Town have lost their last two league matches without scoring and have won just one of their last five home assignments. Nathan Jones’ men appear to be relatively safe in 16th though their race also seems to have been run.

In contrast, Millwall’s may only just be getting going and the Lions are good value this Tuesday with the insurance of stakes returned for a draw included. We think Rowett’s charges will prove a shade too good though and we’re also tipping up a 0-1 correct score.
