New England Revolution vs Atlanta United Predictions

• New England Revolution are unbeaten at home this season, winning seven of their ten matches there.
• The hosts have scored 18 goals in their last seven home games.
• Atlanta United have only won three of their last nine matches.

Revs home form can carry them through

New England are yet to taste defeat at the Gillette Stadium this season and they can make it eight wins from 11 home MLS matches against Atlanta.

The Revs were beaten by the Red Bulls in New York last time out, but Latif Blessing’s red card handed the game to Troy Lesesne’s side and prior to that defeat New England had gone seven games without a loss.

Bruce Arena’s side have hit 18 goals in their last seven home MLS games and they have a regular supply of strikes from Carles Gil and Bobby Wood.

The Revs have won three home games on the bounce, beating Inter Miami, Orlando and Toronto and Atlanta may struggle to contain Arena’s side.

The Five Stripes are a decent outfit and they will certainly take confidence from recent victories over Montreal and Philadelphia. However, they were far from convincing triumphs and that pair of wins made it only three in nine games for Atlanta.

It’s unlikely to be a close shave for New England at the Gillette Stadium.
